Mental Health & SUD Counseling
One-on-one and group counseling addressing both mental health and the roots of substance use disorder.
Open to all enrolled residents and IOP participants. No prior diagnosis required — we meet you where you are.
Individual sessions with a licensed counselor, group therapy circles, and a personalized care plan reviewed with you every step of the way.
Behavioral Health Care
Whole-person behavioral health support that identifies patterns and builds healthier foundations.
Available to all residents. Particularly beneficial for those navigating co-occurring disorders or complex behavioral patterns.
Structured assessments, collaborative goal-setting, and ongoing support that helps you understand and redirect the behaviors holding you back.

Included in every residential treatment plan. No prerequisites — this is foundational work for every resident we serve.
Interactive group workshops and one-on-one sessions that walk you through identifying distorted thinking, practicing new responses, and building lasting cognitive resilience.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Structured IOP care that fits around daily life responsibilities while keeping recovery at the center.
Designed for individuals who do not require 24-hour residential care but need more support than standard outpatient. Ideal for those transitioning out of residential treatment.
Multiple structured group sessions per week, individual check-ins, relapse prevention planning, and a dedicated care coordinator to keep you on track.
Reentry Support
Practical guidance and resources to help residents successfully reintegrate and build a stable, purposeful life.
Available to residents preparing to transition out of the program and to community members recently released from incarceration.
Assistance with housing, employment readiness, ID and document recovery, community referrals, and a continued support network so your new beginning has a strong foundation.
Coping & Life Skills Training
Hands-on training to rebuild daily routines, relationships, confidence, and independence.
Part of every residential program. Sessions are open to IOP participants as well.
Practical workshops covering budgeting, meal planning, communication, conflict resolution, and the everyday skills that make independent living sustainable.
