- Adults 18–30 & 40–65 — Men and women navigating homelessness tied to co-occurring mental health and/or substance use
- Gender-Specific Housing — Safe, structured, co-ed campus with gender-specific residences
- Medical Instability Support — Coordinated connection to primary medical and psychiatric care
