At-Risk Youth Program
Our Youth Is Our Future
We reach teens before the streets do — making every young person feel safe, seen, and supported with the attention, guidance, and belief they deserve.
Program Overview
Meeting Teens Before the Streets Do
We surround every teen with structure, mentorship, and adults who show up — consistently, and without judgment.
Early Intervention
Stepping in before consequences alter a young person's future
Trusted Mentors
Caring adults who show up with attention, structure, and guidance
Court Advocacy
Licensed staff advocate directly to judges for placement in our program instead of the system
Who This Program Serves
A Second Chance Before the System
Every teen we work with gets a plan built around who they are, not just what happened.
Court-involved youth ages 12–18 at risk of incarceration, school expulsion, or chronic gang involvement.
Using a restorative-justice, strength-based approach, we work with the whole young person — not just the behavior that brought them to us.
The Outcome
Real outcomes for real teens — measured in second chances, not statistics.
Off the Pipeline

Back on Track
Re-engaging youth in academic and vocational development
A New Identity

Every life is a story worth saving
We give you back what you lost — hope, dignity, and a future worth fighting for.

Closing the Gap With Law Enforcement
Our CIT program fills the gap between our youth and law enforcement by equipping teens with the knowledge and communication skills to have safe, positive encounters with police. We educate them on their rights, de-escalation strategies, and how to navigate interactions calmly and confidently — because education is protection.
